Investment Banking – M&A Mid-Cap – Analyst

Job description

As an Analyst in our Australia Mergers & Acquisitions team, you will be a key player in strategy development and end-to-end execution for mid-cap clients, with a particular focus on sell-side mandates. You will collaborate with product and sector specialists across the firm, support senior bankers on live deals and strategic dialogue, and build advanced financial models and high-impact client materials. This role offers formal training, hands-on deal exposure, and continuous mentorship in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Job Responsibilities: - Execute transactions: support due diligence, document preparation, negotiation etc and liaising with relevant counterpart at the client/other advisers (accounting, legal, etc) - Working with J.P.
