Job Description Summary The Muskegon EHS Leader will be responsible for owning all environmental, health, and safety programs across the Muskegon and Norton Shores location to ensure a safe, compliant, and continuously improving work environment. This role provides strategic direction and hands-on leadership for all EHS tasks, functions, and personnel, including program development, implementation, and oversight of regulatory compliance. The EHS Leader partners closely with site leadership, operations, maintenance, and HR to identify and control risks, drive injury and incident reduction, and embed a strong safety culture at all levels of the organization. This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulatory, customer, and corporate requirements, while driving risk reduction and supporting operational excellence in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
