Through our Personal Care Management (PCM) Program , we support approximately 5,000 individuals across Northeastern Massachusetts, Greater Boston, and MetroWest by helping them access and manage personal care services that promote independence and quality of life. The PCM program, a MassHealth initiative , allows individuals with long-term disabilities to remain safely in their homes by hiring and directing their own Personal Care Attendants (PCAs).
