Job Overview: The QA/QC Inspector 2 is a senior, advanced inspector responsible for overseeing complex and critical inspection scopes, managing the quality compliance of subcontractors, and acting as a technical authority in the assigned discipline. This role works with a high degree of autonomy. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: - Act as the lead inspector for high-risk or critical path activities, managing all associated quality documentation and final turnover packages for the assigned discipline - Conduct internal and external quality audits of subcontractor processes and systems to ensure adherence to the QMS and contractual requirements - Provide technical disposition and approval for complex Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate with regulatory bodies for final approval and commissioning - Develop and review Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and job-specific quality procedures, ensuring they meet the most stringent project specifications and industry codes (e.g., ASME, API, NEC) - Mentor and provide expert technical guidance to QA/QC Inspectors 1 and Technicians Essential Qualifications and Education: - Minimum 7 years of progressive industrial construction/maintenance indu...
