Lead the people strategy behind a growing operation. As DP World brings its new facility online in Rialto, CA, we’re seeking an HR Manager (Career or Senior level) to oversee all aspects of human resources at the site. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner to leadership - guiding workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development while ensuring HR practices align with business goals. You’ll play a central role in shaping culture, supporting leaders, and building programs that attract, retain, and develop talent. This is an opportunity to establish and lead HR for a new site - driving impactful initiatives, strengthening engagement, and creating a strong foundation for long-term success.
