The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a Manager, Marketplace to join our E-commerce Team. This role will be based in Winnipeg at our Home Office at 147 Commerce Drive, or remotely within Canada. The Manager, Marketplace supports the growth and daily performance of TDG's extended aisle program (marketplace and drop ship) by coordinating seller acquisition, seller onboarding, and account management activities. This role ensures sellers meet marketplace standards, achieve early commercial success, and deliver a strong customer experience, while collaborating with merchandising, marketing, and product teams to enable seamless marketplace operations.
