Job description

Position Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for managing the assigned construction projects from initial planning and scheduling to final installation. The position oversees all aspects of day-to-day activity of the job ensuring that the work is built in accordance with the contract documents and manufacturers recommendations., They practice and live by Advanced Exterior Systems Mission Statement and Principles to Live By with both our customers and our team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Project Planning and Scheduling: - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and client requirements. - Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines. - Prepare material takeoffs and coordinate material orders to support the project schedule. - Manage KPIs by tracking performance metrics, identifying trends, and reporting progress to support project goals and continuous improvement. - Develop project budget projections and support ongoing budget tracking to ensure financial alignment throughout the project life...
