To implement our snacking vision and to drive category growth, you provide comprehensive reviews and make category-led recommendations. You ensure that retail and space expertise influence the right decisions on new packaging, shelf, and fixture layout to maximize Mondelēz International distribution. How you will contribute: You will: Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs Attend customer forecast surgeries to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan Category Strategy Execution: Translate category strategies into customer strategies to support the sales teams. Identify category growth opportunities across customers and channels. Work closely with the Country CP Lead, key account managers (KAMs), and marketing teams to ensure category plans are aligned with business objectives .
