Salary Range: $20.75/hr. - $26.42/hr. Job Summary: Manages the day-to-day flow of residents within the recovery environment. Monitors all resident facing areas of the recovery house. Maintains a clean and safe work environment to include some facilities maintenance duties. Ensures residents are following all milieu directives. Contributes to accomplishment of the Tribe’s holistic health and wellness objectives for patients and families. Essential Functions: - Responsible for securing the facilities by providing opening/closing duties, responds to security issues, and ensures a safe environment for staff and residents. - Monitors all patient facing areas and looks for any diversion or loitering activities. - Acts as a positive role-model to individuals being served. - Provides a welcoming, clean, and safe environment for residents to engage in recovery activities. - Identifies any potential crisis situations and informs the appropriate staff. - Develops rapport with clients and answer questions regarding recovery house operations. - Informs and reminds residents of site rules. - Supports Trauma Informed Care perspective.
