Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to drive growth within our Federal Civilian accounts . This role is an integral part of the Citizen Security and Public Services growth team and collaborates closely with operational and functional leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the federal civilian landscape, with proven experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include evaluating market trends, building strong customer and partner relationships, and developing compelling business cases that align customer needs with Peraton’s capabilities and differentiators.
