Senior Web Designer (Front-End Development + UI/UX)

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a Senior Web Designer with a strong front-end development background and UI/UX principles. This role combines high-level visual design expertise with hands-on front-end execution. You will lead the creation and implementation of high-converting landing pages, email campaigns, and interactive web experiences, owning the process from Figma design through front-end development and deployment. This is NOT a junior role — we need a strategic thinker who understands design systems, performance optimization, accessibility standards, and how to build scalable, responsive digital experiences independently.
