The Enterprise Account Management team is the strategic engine of Deliveroo Italy. We don't just "manage" relationships; we own the P&L of Italy's most iconic restaurant brands. As Deliveroo scales, we act as Strategic Consultants , leveraging deep-dive data analytics and industry foresight to transform our partners' delivery operations into high-growth revenue machines. We are a high-octane, data-obsessed group of problem solvers who thrive on cross-functional collaboration and the "win-win-win" philosophy. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth Ownership: Define and execute the joint business plans for a portfolio of national brands, focusing on GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth and market share expansion. Data Storytelling (Looker & Excel): Beyond just "generating reports," you will translate complex datasets into actionable growth levers. You’ll use Looker to identify "leaks" in the conversion funnel and present these insights in high-stakes Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) . Performance Optimization: Consult on "Operational Excellence" by analyzing prep times, "rider wait" metrics, and "order inaccuracy" to improve the Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and partner profita...
