POSITION DESCRIPTION: Position Title: Warehouse Operations - Picker Reports to: Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Bargaining Unit: Union POSITION SUMMARY: The Warehouse Operations associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks within the warehouse to support the efficient receiving, storage, selection, and distribution of grocery products. This role works in compliance with established company policies, safety standards, and union agreements, ensuring that products are handled accurately, safely, and in a timely manner to support store operations and customer satisfaction. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Receive, unload, and check incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. 2. Select, palletize, and prepare orders for shipment to stores. 3. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, lifts, or other material-handling machinery in a safe and efficient manner. 4. Accurately scan, tag, and record inventory transactions in warehouse management systems. 5. Ensure products are stored in the correct locations and rotated according to company standards (FIFO). 6.
