About the role: We are seeking an Electrical PCBA Technician to own PCBA rework and board level repair while also supporting prototype builds and lab testing. This role is hands on and quality driven. You will be supporting assemblies to enable fast hardware iteration during development, validation, and early production. You will partner closely with the Electrical Engineering team, supporting PCBA rework and potential PCBA recovery after failure assessment. You’ll also help improve documentation of rework processes and troubleshooting guides as needed.
