Job description

The NA Serial Life & Purchasing Process Specialist supports the North American purchasing organization by ensuring effective execution of serial life activities and adherence to regional processes. This role focuses on day-to-day operational support, data analysis, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives that enable cost efficiency and process compliance throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Assist in the execution of regional process standardization initiatives aligned with global purchasing strategies and compliance requirements - Serve as a key point of contact for serial life–related operational topics, coordinating with purchasing, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams - Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by documenting processes, identifying best practices, and supporting implementation of enhancements - Support training materials and knowledge-sharing initiatives across regional purchasing teams - Manage help desk requests related to serial life purchasing processes, ensuring timely resolution related to Purchase Order and Tooling Purchase Order placement - Assist with Vendor Toolin...
