JOB SUMMARY: The Cost Segregation Manager will be responsible for assisting with expanding the firm’s cost segregation service line. This role involves managing and delivering high-quality cost segregation studies in collaboration with partners, client teams, and internal staff. The position is focused on identifying tax savings opportunities for real estate clients and supporting business development efforts. Success in this role requires deep technical knowledge of tax depreciation rules, real estate, and construction, along with strong project management and client service skills.
