Project Manager II SUMMARY: Mortenson is seeking a seasoned Project Manager II to provide overall leadership and direction for construction projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, timeliness, and financial performance. This role requires a proactive, adaptable leader who can mentor teams, manage complex projects, and build strong client relationships through excellent service and communication. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead project execution from design through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget Prepare proposals, support pursuit presentations, and participate in contract negotiations Develop and maintain accurate project financials, including projections, billing, and cost control Allocate project estimates into financial systems and manage cost codes and invoicing Oversee subcontractor and supplier selection, contract buyouts, and billing Manage and mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, including performance feedback and development Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and on-site representatives, resolving concerns and fostering long-term relationships Manage change orders, ensuring timely submission and approva...
