Job description

Zurich (Schaumburg, IL) seeks a Business Systems Analyst II to serve as a liaison between the Business and Data Management and provide solutions to their business systems needs while understanding customers’ objectives, processes, and products as well as the business systems capabilities to formulate, define, document, and implement systems scope and objectives to develop and provides solutions. Specific duties include: coordinate and lead activities with product owners to gather requirements; document detailed functional and non-functional requirements; identify data most valuable to the organization, and evaluate this data and alignment with the corporate data model; manage business rules to enhance and optimize filtering results in the sanctions Application; use requirements management tools and techniques; support development, testing, implementation, and training activities; understand and apply delivery approaches and perform, independently, business analysis processes in accordance with Zurich Project management framework and the Zurich risk policy; and provide subject matter discussions to others in the organization.
