Location: Texas (Local candidates preferred or willing to relocate) X-Bow Systems is seeking a skilled Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment design, selection, and commissioning for manufacturing facilities, with a strong background in mechanical systems and manufacturing processes. This role requires a local Texas resident or someone willing to relocate to Texas. Desired Qualifications: Educational Background - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred but not required) - Specialized certifications in areas such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Reliability Engineering Experience: - Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in equipment design, selection, and commissioning for manufacturing or industrial facilities - Experience with manufacturing processes, plant layout, and equipment integration - Familiarity with project management and equipment installation - Experience with AS9100 standards Technical Skills: - Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) for equipment design and layout - Knowledge of mechanical sys...
