Job Overview: The Health Educator ll plans, implements, and evaluates evidence-based health education programs and other associated activities in an individual and/or group setting. The Educator evaluates, designs, presents, and disseminates culturally appropriate health education information and materials based on patient needs. In addition, the Educator works with the health education team to conduct training for AltaMed (non-clinical) staff on health promotion and prevention initiatives.
