We have an incredible opportunity for a Utility Coordinator in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee, Brevard, Seminole, Marion, Citrus, Polk, and Volusia Counties Requirements: Responsibilities:?: - Oversee relations between our vendor and the jurisdictions as well as manage the quality and direction requested by the jurisdiction and intervene when necessary to ensure that permit requirements are being fulfilled. - Ensure all permit payments are timely and invoiced appropriately and Audit and Maintain SFU/MDU OSP permits and ROW payment records in Sitetracker. Power company/construction invoices.? - Work with our power providers in getting utility accounts set up. - Review Utility and permit Work Plans and recommend for approval.
