Compensation Systems Implementation - Support the design, implementation, and governance of compensation structures, job grading, and benefits programs. - Align C&B practices with Midea Global HQ and Regional CoE standards while adapting to local regulations and requirements. - Coordinate annual compensation processes (salary review, bonus cycles, incentive plans). - Act as subject-matter expert and advisor on all C&B-related topics. Provide guidance and training to HRBPs and managers on compensation and benefits matters. - Drive harmonization of C&B frameworks across newly integrated MBT Climate entities. - Work with local HR teams to implement consistent policies while ensuring local competitiveness. - Provide support in due diligence and integration for future acquisitions. - Conduct job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and benefits market analysis using external survey data (Mercer, WTW, Hay, etc.). - Monitor pay equity and benefits utilization, providing data-driven recommendations. - Deliver regular reports and...
