Apollo Mechanical is seeking a highly motivated Project Controls Professional to join our growing team in one of our exciting locations: Oak Ridge TN. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects by providing comprehensive cost, schedule, and risk management support. 10/14/2025 Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 along with supporting reporting tools (Excel, Power BI). - Track project costs, analyze variances, and identify potential cost overruns. - Create and maintain project budgets and forecasts. - Generate reports using data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI preferred) to communicate project performance to stakeholders. - Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies. - Support the project team with contract administration and change order management. - Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
