Brief outline of position: The Supported Employment Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the employment services department. This role is responsible for leading a team that assists individuals with intellectual disabilities in obtaining and maintaining meaningful community employment. A key focus of this position is business development, which involves cultivating a diverse employer base and educating local businesses on the benefits of inclusive hiring. 1. Knowledge of 6100 ID waiver regulations. 2. Knowledge of OVR/CWDS (Commonwealth Workforce Development System) assessment and billing system. 3. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, such as Chapter 6100 regulations, Medicaid Waiver, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and ACRE accreditation. 4.
