The ideal candidate will have solid leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as a strategic mindset to help develop and grow the business. In addition, the candidate will have a proven track record of leading and mentoring design teams on a wide range of infrastructure and environmental projects, including water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, transportation infrastructure, and site development.
