We have an opportunity for a Lead Theatre Practitioner to join their team of staff in the Theatre department. This is a full- time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: Lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care across the perioperative pathway, acting as a specialist or functional lead within the team. Ensure that all patient safety checks, including WHO surgical safety processes, are carried out in accordance with hospital policy. Maintain clinical credibility by demonstrating best practice, supporting others, and taking the lead in complex or high-risk situations.
