Position Overview: The IT Lead Engineer (Azure & Compliance) is responsible for the integrity, security, and audit readiness of our cloud infrastructure. This role is deeply technical and focused on the Microsoft stack, specifically ensuring our environment remains compliant with strict federal and healthcare mandates.
