Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY Reporting into the Senior Director, Total Rewards, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining employee data and personnel files within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role supports all functional areas of the Human Resources team by ensuring data integrity, compliance, and timely processing of employee information. Our ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working independently, and able to work with large amounts of confidential data. RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: - Enter, update, and maintain employee data in Workday, including job changes, terminations, compensation updates, job profiles, and compensation records. - Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity. - Identify, correct, and resolve data errors or discrepancies in a timely manner. - Adhere to established data entry standards, workflows, and approval processes within Workday. - Provide HR operational support during high-volume periods such as open enrollment, performance cycles, and merit increases. - Assist wit...
