Description We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) to join our youth crisis facility, where we provide critical support and care for young individuals facing mental health and behavioral challenges. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth during their most vulnerable moments, working within a supportive and collaborative environment committed to growth and recovery. Full-time shift available: - Daytime shift - 7am to 7pm (12hr rotating shift) - PRN shift (will work on as need for call out) Below are a few job duties to expect as a Behavioral Health Tech: - Monitor and supervise youth in a crisis setting to ensure safety and well-being - Cook and serve meals. Follow the facility menu as posted. - Responsible for completing items listed on the facility Chore Sheet as directed by the administrator. - Responsible for assuring all residents are treated with dignity and respect. - Daily chart documentation - Maintain a safe, clean and structured environment - Follow facility policies, procedures, and confidentially standards at all time. - Be familiar with The Wood Group’s policy and procedures to inclu...
