What You'll Work On: Integrate into the designated HICOM staff during exercise design and execution to support replication of functions based on scenario requirements. Assist in executing routine C2 functions, such as planning, operations, fires, sustainment, protection, and mission command, during exercises in coordination with training objectives and scenario developments. Provide expert guidance on exercise procedures, operations processes, and unit integration based on extensive institutional knowledge. Support the HICOM in interpreting and applying exercise director guidance, ensuring all actions and decisions align with the overarching training objectives.
