Machine Helper – 1st Shift Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday 5:00AM – 1:30PM Starting Pay Rate: $15.00/hr: As a Machine Helper at Pratt Industries – Hammond, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of production machinery. This position involves a variety of tasks, including machine setup, operation, cleanup, and troubleshooting, with a focus on safety, meeting customer demand, and maintaining high-quality standards.
