Overview Coordinates a multi-stakeholder community partnership to plan and implement initiatives related to the Greater Sullivan County Public Health Regional Public Health Network Public Health Emergency Preparedness scope of work. Coordinates assessment, capacity development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of regional public health emergency preparedness projects by community stakeholders, organizations, and the NH Division of Public Health and Human Services. This role is four days a week in the Lebanon/Claremont/Newport area and one day remote work per week. Valid driver's license required. This position is a Full Time, 40hr per week, benefitted position. Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Responsibilities: - Convenes the Regional Coordinating Council, comprised of an array of health, municipal, public health, community service, and emergency services members. - Ensures assessment of community needs and assets related to public health preparedness. - Ensures the development of regional emergency preparedness plans to operate or support Point of Dispensing Sites and Alternate Care Sites consistent with requirements of NH Division of Public Health Services. - Engages regi...
