Legal Counsel (Norwegian Native Speaker)

Job description

We are seeking a Legal Counsel in Barcelona to join our Commercial Legal Team - EMEA, with a focus on supporting client work (commercial and public sector) in the Nordics. What you’ll do: Negotiate contract terms and conditions with Gartner clients, both commercial and public sector, based on standard Gartner agreement documents and on Clients’ own paperwork as required. Advise on legal issues and risks, approval processes, company policies and procedures Maintain a close, highly collaborative relationship partners across a broad array of teams, including Sales, Consulting, Global Contracts Team and within Legal & Compliance When required, provide assistance to other Legal & Compliance team members for matters requiring regional expertise or language skills Support internal training: Ensure corporate governance: Support with annual financial reporting: Markers of success: Successful negotiation of Contracts in a timely manner Handle a large volume of negotiations in parallel Negotiate with senior client management: Protection of Gartner’s intellectual property and limit liability Strong and collaborative relationships with both clients and other Gartner associates Ability to perfor...
