Job Summary: Responsible to establish and build relationships with local social service agencies and strive to direct the unhoused and others in need of services to agencies and programs that are able to provide needed resources such as crisis intervention. - Outreach Specialist - $21 an hour, Full Time, Benefits and PTO - Weekends and Open Availability Required - Shift 1:30pm-10pm - Valid Driver's license with a Clean Driving Record a plus - Hospitality skills required - Experienced working with the Unhouses is preferred - Case Management a plus - Ability to work outdoors in ALL weather conditions Key Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. - Actively look to identify those in need and establish relationships.
