At Factorial, we’re looking for a Forward Deployed Analytics Specialist (FDA) to help our customers turn data into actionable insights through SQL and analytics enablement 📊 The Role ✨: We’re hiring a Forward Deployed Analytics Specialist (FDA) within Customer Experience. You’ll work directly with customers to build reports using SQL and support them in adopting Factorial’s analytics capabilities . Your main focus will be translating business questions into queries and dashboards, while gradually helping customers become more independent in how they use data. This is a hands-on role combining SQL, problem-solving, and customer interaction , with room to grow into more complex analytics ownership over time.
