UT Urgent Care is looking for a dedicated MA/CCMA to float between locations and provide exceptional support for our clinical teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth patient flow throughout the clinic. - Support the office clinic where needed. - Take vitals, review medical history, and update EMR records. - Serve as a key point of contact between patients and providers. - Maintain exam rooms and sterilize equipment per OSHA standards. - Follow up on test results, document test in logs per CLIA standards. - Support providers during in-office procedures. - Participate in team meetings and ongoing training. - Provide back-up support to clinical staff as needed.
