Job description

The Data Center Technician L3 is an advanced, hands-on role supporting the build-out and ongoing operation of a high-performance, enterprise-scale data center environment supporting advanced compute and large-scale infrastructure deployments. This position is designed for experienced technicians who are comfortable owning complex tasks and serving as a primary technical escalation point within the site. You will play a key role during the initial deployment phase, contributing to hardware installation, structured cabling, and infrastructure bring-up. As the data center transitions into steady-state operations, you will take on increased responsibility for troubleshooting, incident response, and operational execution. You will work across server, network, and infrastructure domains, collaborating closely with engineers and site leadership to maintain uptime and performance. This role requires strong technical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
