Role Overview Sodexo is seeking a Residential Dining - Food Operations Manager 3 for the prestigious Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University account, located in Daytona Beach, FL . This is a high-profile and fast-paced college campus environment. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the All You Can Eat residential dining hall on campus. You should demonstrate a high level of knowledge in food safety protocol, quality standards and strong leadership skills, as this role covers the 11 station operations.
