What Drives Success: Lead and optimize Order-to-Cash processes within SAP ECC for nationwide HVAC distribution operations. Responsible for pricing, distribution strategy, and customer fulfillment process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and support SAP ECC SD module. - Manage pricing, rebates, contracts, and billing processes. - Optimize order management and delivery scheduling. - Support multi-warehouse distribution environments. - Integrate SD with PP, MM, FI, and EWM/WM. - Improve ATP accuracy and fulfillment performance. - Lead testing cycles and go-live support.
