In this role, you'll: Manage a team overseeing the day-to-day coordination of restricted access vehicle (RAV) applications and enquiries on the NSW State Road Network. It ensures consistent, high-quality access decisions that maintain network integrity and public safety, and provides leadership that drives accountability, customer service, continuous improvement, and compliance with legislative and policy requirements. Provide technical and operational leadership to ensure access decisions align with road safety, infrastructure protection, and sustainable freight outcomes. It manages stakeholder relationships to balance industry demand with public safety and efficient road network performance Support continuous improvement of access processes and the shift toward automated, data-driven access systems, including the Automated Access Assessment Program (AAAP).
