Job DetailsJob Location: Woodland, WA 98674Salary Range: $82,000.00 - $100,000.00 SalaryPosition Summary: This position directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering project within area of assigned responsibility by performing the following duties. Essential Functions: Conceptual design of new products and ideas to improve existing products Assisting with work within STC Minor Change Agreement to maintain existing legacy product data Assist with creating and tracking schedules using Microsoft Project, or equivalent Manage small projects from initial drawing release to liaison support and product delivery Begin maintaining metrics to track budget and schedule requirements Assist with managing and maintaining schedules Assist with managing components of R&D projects Assist with prototype construction and testing Assist with the creation of R&D proposals for U.S. government and private industry funding Assist with creating and presenting concepts/products to internal and external customers Create test plans, conduct testing and documenting results Product definition and requirements development...
