Workplace Construction Strategy Lead The Workplace Construction Strategy Lead role serves as the enterprise subject matter expert for commercial construction and is responsible for overseeing all construction-related activities across our global portfolio. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and a passion for creating world-class workplace environments that keep our associates at the center of every decision. Key Responsibilities and Duties: - Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Oversight serving as the primary liaison between the Design and Construction team and internal customers - Develop a deep understanding of business needs to prioritize projects, resources, and spend across the portfolio - Partner with Design, Facilities, Technology, Finance, and senior leadership to align construction programs with enterprise priorities. - Capital Planning & Financial Management, leading capital planning, project budget approvals, value engineering, and cost avoidance initiatives - Review and approve budgets for project scope and design, including work by architects, engineers, and specialty consultants - Project Delivery & Governance and develop and commu...
