About the role: Grow your knowledge of RAC products and services through comprehensive, full-time training and ongoing development. Be the first point of contact for around 50–60 RAC members each day, providing support, guidance and reassurance. Confidently navigate multiple systems while delivering supportive, high-quality conversations with members. Understand individual needs and offer tailored solutions.
