This role combines leadership, strategic oversight, and hands-on support to improve cash flow and reduce delinquency rates. Responsibilities: Manage daily activities of cash and credit analysts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies. Oversee and continuously monitor all cash handling and credit control processes, implementing regular reconciliations, internal audits, and performance reviews to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies, mitigate financial risk, and ensure uninterrupted business operations.
