Job DetailsJob Location: Vancouver, WA 98665Salary Range: $17.13 - $22.27 HourlyMust be currently enrolled in an iQ High School Campus Branch Program. Assist members with their financial transactions, including cash handling and processing negotiable instruments. Initiate and engage members in discussions about the comprehensive range of credit union services and products. Educate and promote services and products in alignment with the Vision, Mission, and Operating Principles, ensuring members receive tailored solutions to meet their financial needs. Essential Duties: Develop a deep understanding the features and benefits of Credit Union services and hone your selling skills to effectively promote them to members. Utilize knowledge of products and services to assist and cross-sell to members during each interaction. Actively participate in branch activities and weekly sales meetings to achieve specific detailed and measurable service and sales goals.
