The Position: Provide administrative service and support to parts and service functions for multiple service centers. This individual will act as a liaison between multiple departments to provide a wide range of support in the areas of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, Payroll, Procurement, and Credit Department. Responsibilities: WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Oversee and process accounts payable transactions using IntelliChief for multiple assigned locations, ensuring precision, compliance with corporate policies, and adherence to strict deadlines - Develop and maintain highly organized digital and physical filing systems, implementing best practices for document retention and audit readiness - Create, validate, and process high-volume work order invoices in JD Edwards (JDE), optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy - Manage the submission of finalized work order invoices through FleetPerform – My Aurora Plus, ensuring sea...
