Job DetailsJob Location: Mesa HQ AZ - Mesa, AZ 85215Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: AnySUMMARY Responsible for the coordination and execution of all MD Helicopters marketing and communications initiatives, with primary emphasis on trade show management and execution, brand management, communications strategy and messaging, social media management and engagement, and the development of targeted marketing collateral for key markets. The role also supports customer events, trade publications, MD websites, Trademarks and provides comprehensive marketing, communications, and advertising support to the MD sales team, sales representatives, and the broader MD network. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Lead the development of the annual trade show strategy, budget, and attendee plan in collaboration with senior leadership; oversee execution to ensure events are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, pricing, and payment terms for all marketing and event activities.
