Junior IT EUC Engineer National Enquiry Centre - Glasgow 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £27,500 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Circle National Enquiry Centre in Glasgow is part of Circle Health Group , Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Junior IT EUC Engineer to join their team of staff in the Group IT department. This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: - Support the delivery of a reliable and secure End User Computing (EUC) service across the organisation. - Provide remote and desk-side support for end-user devices, resolving incidents and service requests. - Assist with device builds, deployments, replacements and upgrades in line with EUC standards. - Support joiner, mover and leaver processes, including device preparation and logistics. - Maintain accurate IT asset and licence records, ensuring data quality and compliance. - Assist with swap st...
