About the Role: The Initiative Lead is a key role in ANZ’s Digital team at the heart of supporting execution of the ANZ 2030 strategy. Part of the Retail Digital Enablement team, the Initiative Lead drives delivery across complex initiatives bringing both Technology and non-Technology teams together. We have an ambitious agenda and are working within a largely agile framework.
