YOUR ROLE: As a Reward to Pay Transformation Consultant, you will support the design and optimization of Payroll, Compensation & Benefits processes within HR transformation programs. You will work closely with HR teams, delivery organizations and technology partners to assess current practices, define future-state operating models and contribute to implementation activities. Your work will directly improve process efficiency, compliance and user experience across the R2P domain.
